Well, i'm new here, and already, i don't know how to feel. I mean, yeah, tetris for gold is fun and all, but i can't mute it and it bugs the crap out of me when im trying to listen to music. lol. But oh well. I wonder if we post an extra long thread if we get more money for that..? Im gonna try it, so most of this is just gonna end up being me babbling on about random stuff.
Well, I guess i should say something about me, maybe...
I'm 19. I'm in college for nursing right now, and i absolutely hate biochemistry. That class will either be the death of me or several other people. It depends on how i finally snap, i suppose. lol. I look pretty much just like my avi, but i wear clothes most of the time :P lol. I have a boyfriend, but he is very far away at the moment. oh well....He'll be here soon enough, and we'll get in another fight and he'll leave for a while again. Not a physical fight, mind you. Just lots of screaming and crying. haha. See if you can guess who does what. ;)

Welcome to Menewsha, I'm a music industry and piano performace major(piano degree already obtained.) I'm double majoring and I'm too old... Anyways good luck with your studies and stay focused. I hope this site provides you with some good mindful respite. Everyone is nice here, if you have any questions I'm sure many will be more than happy to help you.

Im trying my best to keep up with my studies, but i wont graduate until im 26!!!!!!! all my youthful years will be spent in a state of constant stress and ill be a hagard old woman when im 30. *cries*

I'm 30 myself and trust me, it's been no hayride. I got an associates degree and became a substitute teacher pretty much. I went back to school a couple years later, for music therapy changed to elementary ed in music and got all the way to student teaching and changed all the while I finished up my piano performance degree. Now I'm finishing up my music industries degree. So I know all about being old and haggard.

haha. I have to take a bunch of pre-req's before i start training to be a nurse. And if i dont get a high gpa this year, i may as well quit because i'll never be accepted into the program. But i have 5 back up plans before i really call it quits, so i have to try at least.

Well, don't give up, get tutoring if you have to. Make friends with your class mates and do study groups and use flashcards. Trust me the education is worth it as long as it has taken me to almost finish. This is my last huge semester, then the next one I have only one class then I graduate and I couldn't be anymore happy.

There are always those people who hardly ever study and still do so well. I hate those folks.

oh i know. those kinds of people are just so unfair! There was one of those in highschool, and if he hadnt been in the class, i would have been at the top. he never studied, and all i did was study, and that bastard stole my #1 spot.

Well all in due time... Everyone of us has our own little special talent that we excel in. College is all about finding out niche.

Hello Boobles. Its nice to meet you ^__^ How cool that we're all students. I'm a math major and hope to graduate this coming May. I just joined this site yesterday... I'm working my phanny off to buy some clothing.

hello juko. Are you a polymath? I love math, but im horrible at it. lol. It goes along with one of my many obsessions. haha. So yeah. You should read some Scott Westerfeld. He is just awesome.
