Finnaly got pants
I would have posted my introdution 3 days ago but I decided I wasn't going to post anything in the forums until I got some pants. Little did I know that pants are very expencive around here. So today just after getting the High Score and becoming champ of Snake after only 3 days of playing I finally had enough gold to go buy myself some nice pants. I'm sure my score won't be on the board for long, but I'm just happy it's up there. Just glad for my 5 minutes of fame.
I was wondering... I haven't seen any in the shops but I didn't look very thoroughly. Do they have any of those tall black and white horizontally striped top hats? You know... the droopy ones? Like cat in the hat, only black and white. If they don't then they should make them. I'd definately buy one. Well, anyways... it's nice to meet you all and I home I haven't bored you with my long intro. Feel free to comment and what not. |
Hello and Welcome! The items may be a bit much with how hard it can be to get gold, but they are well worth it because so many of them are really pretty. At least, I think so. Congratulations on your high score! Games are a great way to make your gold. Also, the longer your posts, the more gold you make. You seem to have the knack for good conversation so you should do well.
I don't know if they have that kind of hat here. I've only been here a few months myself. And your post didn't bore me at all. I hope you find that you like it here. The people are very nice and helpful if you need help. Stick around and have some fun with us! |
Thanks. I have noticed it's a bit difficult to earn gold, but I suppose if it were easy then there wouldn't be any challenge right? I do like quite a few of the items. I just find it strange that a simple pair of pants was twice as much as the shirt. I'm not likely to go running around with boxers on so I was pretty stuborn about the whole thing. xD
Thanks. I've been trying to get that high score since I started here. Menewsha has reunited me with my Snake obsession that I thought was long gone. I'll probably be back at it again tomorrow. I've found that I can get about 10 to 20 gold per time I play it. So it's only motivating me that much more. As for my long posts... I'm an RPer at heart so long descriptive posts are kinda my forte. Spelling not so much. I find it hard to have a good conversation with someone using only one or two sentances, unless you don't really have to describe what it is your talking about. I only do that on IM. I don't know either, but It's not in the headgear shop. So I'm guessing they don't have it. I'll probably go find a suggestion forum and bring it up there. I like those kinds of hats. I think it'd match my scarf pretty well too. Well, I try to be as interesting as possible, but I have a bad habit of ranting about things and then I get off topic and it's a total mess. I do like it here quite a bit. It's like a smaller, less dramatic Gaia Online with more color choices for stuff. It's good in my book. |
Welcome, I know how you feel about being naked, but this is a way to make gold as well.
Now I just am waiting to get enough to buy a dress I like, which looks really expensive right now. I haven't seen one of those hats yet, but it would be cool if there was one to buy, you should bring it up to the admins. But welcome to the site like I said, hope to see you around! |
Thanks. Yeah, I noticed that my gold got a nice boost from my last few posts. It's a nice thing.
I'm saving up to buy a few things as well. Like some shoes, a tattoo, and some katars. The Katars are gonna take forever though... well... maybe a day and a half if I'm consistant in not spending my gold. Which isn't likely cause I have a bunch of other stuff on my list that's cheaper. I will, I'm gonna see if there's a suggestion forum or something, and if there isn't I'll just sketch the kind of hat I'm talking about and send them a request about it. Being an art major is great sometimes. Well, I'll be around so you'll probably see me. I might jump into the RP forums a little later if I feel up to it. |

There is a point in games where you can stop and get the full 50 gold per play (or 100 for Attack of the Fangirls) I'm not sure what it is for snake or well, really any of the games other than Tetris. xD But there is a 50 gold per play limit, and a 500 gold per day cap. But you can earn more than 500 gold per day by posting. :3 Also, please don't sign your posts, I've removed your signature from the posts in this thread, but they will get you in trouble if you continue to do it. >.> We already know it's you who posted it, since it has your avi right next to it. <3 |
