New noob here, you can just call me Aaron: a typical anime and fantasy rpg nut.
Going to college to learn the glorious art of game design :P

Hello, and welcome! I'm in college for elementary education. I want to teach kindergarten. :) I love meeting people, so feel free to chat me up sometime, if you like. I hope you have fun here, and good luck!

I give you kudos for wanting to be a teacher. I just couldn't do it. Both my mom & my step-dad are teachers and I worked for 2 years in an elementary school. The first year I was an art teacher and worked with grades K-6. The 2nd year I was an aide for the 1st graders (3 teachers, 98 students, 6 of them didn't know english.) Teachers are overworked and underpaid and I lack the patience. I give oober kudos to anybody that is passionate enough about it to over-look those things.

I'm an english major in college, but I'm focusing on creative writing and minoring in linguistics. :D

Hello! Game design huh? Fun! I thought about graphic design but SUPPOSEDLY there isn't a high demand for it (not sure if I believe that or not). I still might go for it, who knows?
Anyways, welcome to the site. The two main ways of earning gold for clothes is by playing games and posting. be thurough and don't use chat speak; the more you write the more you get "paid" for it!
Hope you enjoy your time here, and good luck on your degree!

-Oh yeah, maybe you could practice by designing some more games for here! ;)

There seems to be a high demand for testers of various sorts rather than the designers. My hubby interviewed for video game testers a few times. Right now he's a software tester for a big company that does prepaid credit cards.
