Welcome! Just take your time exploring the site. In a day or so everything shall fall into place and you'll be thoroughly enjoying the site. Easy ways to earn gold are playing games (I recommend Tetris) and chatting in forums. In the forums find a topic that really interests you and talk about it in details (the longer the post the more gold you'll earn, just don't double post). You'll be enjoying the site in no time.
