Well teh second question relates to the first
You get gold by posting and playing games. The more you post the more gold you get (up to 20gold per post) however spamming isn't tolerated (no mindless key smashing/bumping/what have you) and you can earn 500 gold a day through the games.

To get clothes you need to go to the shops after earning gold and buy some clothes you like. Then to dress yourself once you've purchased the clothes you go to the inventory tab and click on the item you want to wear. :3

amm and games do you recommend to play them

It's generally a good idea to at least try the games to see if you like them.

A lot of users use games as their main way of getting gold. ^^
