Yah I'm rather new here as well. The avatars are very cute but it's obnoxiously hard to get gold on here...

It's not as hard as you think. It's actually pretty easy. I got all the gold for all the items I am wearing in my avatar in two days. (I've been a member longer than that, but I'm good at making gold magically disappear. *cries*)
