There are a few instances where you CAN double post legally:
1) If at least FIVE hours have passed since your last post
2) If your thread has fallen off the front page of the forum
3) If you're reserving posts for a permanent thread (exchange thread, quest, shop, etc.)

If you do happen to double post on accident, just report the double post with the red report button and a mod will take care of it. Just say that you "Accidentally double posted" and you won't get into any trouble. :D
