Just poking my head in and checking out the site. Name's Story.

I like writing. I've written books (none published) and poems, a couple short stories here and there. Though i haven't had much time to do it recently so I've been doing more reading instead.

I also have quite the collection and assortment of fish i house. 5 tanks in all with about 28 fish between them. I guess you could say I kinda run my own personal aquarium lol.

why hello other new person! really so many fish? have you written any stories about them yet?

No stories about them. I mainly write romance stories. Could be kinda cool to write a short story about them though... life through the eyes of a fish lol

like you life from the fishes views of it, how weird we must seem lol

I wrote a poem about life through the eyes of a cat stuck up a tree. That was fun hehe. Have to give this fish story some life when i get the chance. You can be the first to read it if you like :D Unless you're not into reading strange stories lol.

Well Bacon if you're truly interested I'll post a synopsis for the one i would share hehe. I have no problem sharing my stories ^_^ i do like feedback though =3

That is sooo many fish.. I don't really like fish

lol i have a cat too... you can imagine how that goes some days lol. She fell into the big tank once

it must b sooo hard to clean all those tanks... so much work... i could naver take it...

Eh i didn't really like fish either until my boyfriend told me i couldn't have anything fuzzy later in life if we got married lol. We met online and some of the first pictures i saw "of him" were actually of his fish lol. I got one tank and it just took off from there like wildfire!

You should start using quotes when your talking to one person. Or use a multi quote for more than one persona please. Makes things a lot easier for people. Also.. Yeah I still don't like fish though lol so you guys live together now obviously.

It's a lot of work but it's rewarding too. My only mortal enemy is algae lol. Once it goes on it doesn't come off anything! I'm just glad it doesn't get stuck to fish hehe.

When i clean things i make a day out of it. I do the gravel one day and clean the filters the next. Even got an adapter to put on the sink for a hose so i would have less buckets to carry about.

I like to pick interesting fish to start conversations. I'm posting pictures of them now hehe. I don't have really interesting ones yet. I want to do a salt water tank, get a fresh water sting ray and get a fish called a Discus but they're way expensive, like $200 for anything decent sized.

i have a group of fish called Cichlids in my big tank. They're more aggressive but they also have a lot of personality.

In another tank i have a gourami and a angelfish. I have all sorts of catfish and a fish called an African Brown Knife. She's one of my favorites!

Oh and i have 2 bettas too.

I want to do a goldfish pond when i get a house

Lol I'm an animal freak... Love just about all of them... Though I'm partial to things i can touch but I'll settle for something breathing besides a human in the house

Lol we are in the same situation! He just finished school this past fall semester and I'm going back for my BSN. Lol you unemployed too? lol.... nah that's probably just unlucky me

I do have a fish pet at my house. And i have a cat too called Snowball but he's at my aunt house. Well, nice to meet you. =]

My cat's name is Lexie. She's so cute.

I added a picture of my cut under the album with my fish pictures in it lol. You'll see why when you go there.

Thanks ^_^ I've found writing something down always helps me think hehe. Poems are my favorite thing to do anymore but i found some old stories i wrote in high school the other day.... one of them, half of it in the computer, was 100+ handwritten pages still to be typed up :insane:

I had wayyyyy too much time on my hands in high school apparently lol
