I started my account here just in time for power outages (due to ice storms) and server change followed by water damage on the pole where all the lines fed to the house so went almost a month without consistant net service (winter is SUCH a pain).
To re-introduce myself to anyone curious enough to prowl through these posts ^_^, I'm new...tried the gaia thingy but wasn't overly impressed but thought I'd try this one out and see what happens. I'm a rather quiet and shy but overly curious sort of person that loves rpg's, anime, sci-fantasy books, cats.
I also get distracted easily and wander away from the computer randomly for indeterminate periouds of time *chuckles* but who doesn't? :P

Thank you toxicenvy ^_^. I'll try to be a bit less shy and already found the games LOL wish they had a few more choices...but the forum rooms still are a bit daunting to me.

True, however sometimes they need to realize that its better not to judge and to have an open mind then to walk into something with rigid expectations that cannot be bent or broken :P

open minded is the best cause I do my best not to judge but it is human nature to "catagorize" ppl...and if I know where people put me I know when to pop out with something new and break their preconcieved ideas ^_^ just to keep people on their toes and watch the eyes bug out...guess that's my "mean" streak *impish grins*

In the "perfect" world labels don't exist and people look past the skin...but unfortunately I think society as a whole is not mature enough to handle that feat just yet xD

very true...just like "world peace" man is just way to full of conflict to live that peacefully. of course that's no reason not to strive for it ^_^ and it could also be everyone likes the "shock factor"

Lol, I use my smartass side and my personality as a mask to hide what I'm really thinking or dealing with at the time so nobody worries about me :)

That works wonderfully as well as a big smile (with eyes closed usually since eyes are a mirror) and work...organizing and dusting are good distractors (figures it's the 2 chores I hate the most -.-)

smiles, and eyes are the first things I notice about anyone...and if the smile doesn't reach the eyes I tend to bug the person till it does ^_^ I'm such a pest.
speaking of pesky things *yawns slightly* I'm going to go do the last of my chores before a shower and bed...it's 10:30 p.m. here already and mornings are going to be starting sooner for me -.- stupid snow days.
