Sooooo, my boyfriend and I have been gaia members for years and, honestly, with market inflation and all, it's just not worth the time it takes to earn the gold to make my dream avatars anymore.

I've been looking for an alternative, and this one seems friendly.

Only, I'm not really sure on what to do...

How do I get gold, for one? I'm a little tired of being mostly naked.

Also, are there any "quest" type things I should be doing?

As far as I know, you can make gold by posting and playing the games in the arcade.
I wouldn't know about the arcade, since I haven't been that way, yet.

Either way, I'm a n00b here, as well. But everyone here so far has been really friendly.

Well a good way to earn some gold is the games. That's where I got most my gold from. And if you've been on Gaia for a while I would assume your and Rper. So head to the role-playing forum. The longer the post, the more gold. Also, I read somewhere that good grammar also gives you more gold. Hope I helped some! Welcome!
