So yeah, new and have no idea where to start.

Yes, games and roleplaying can be good ways to earn gold. Depends on what you're interested in, we've got forums for pretty much everything - music, literature, films, art, computer games.. you name it. We've also got the General Discussion where you can jump into any thread to talk about the current topic, which is how I started out, and we've got the Menewsha Nation where we have hangouts - you can jump into a thread you like and chat about anything you want with people.

From what I can understand the more text in the box that you put the more gold you receive. You cannot double post, you cannot spam, and it take a lot to just think what you are going to say in a manner to make it seem a lot longer than it needs to be. Role-Playing in a very detailed story might actually do really well for filling up these boxes with words. I used to be part of an avidgamers Role-Playing site, one for teen titans and another for Inuyasha. It was sad to see it go away, because at this point in time I would've been apart of those sites for seven years now.
That's another thing...I'm 21 almost 22...does that seem too old for sites like these?

You're never too old for anything. ;) Most of Mene seem to be around 20, and we have a very high percentage of people above twenty. I guess the no spamming and literacy expectancy attracts the older users more than most other sites?

Just a suggestion: I don't think that quoting other users will earn you more gold in your posts. (Don't quote me on that, though. ( no pun intended xD ) I need to go back an re-read the user guide).

Thanks for the advice, I have tried playing some games, seeing the high scores makes me kinda discouraged, but their still fun.

Any Advice? So far posting long drawn out posts earn you more gold, probably so you cant spam. Play games to earn gold, starting or getting involved in RP's will score me some gold as well. What am i missing?

Welcome to Menewsha! If I were you, I would start off with games. It's a great way to earn money. :D Or finding friends. Ha.

So this weekend was fun, saw The Wedding Singer musical with a girl. It was really funny, wouldnt mind seeing it again. Other then that i confirmed my attendance to the HIM concert next month. Hopefully thats as enjoyable as my last one.

So yeah I am slowly getting closer to the number one spot for Attack Of The Fan Girls. I wonder if i can make to the top ten, that would be something, and i am now finally making some gold so thats awesome. But what kinda stuff should i buy? Don't want to be almost naked too much longer.

Are there plain brown slacks? Cant seem to find them. Would like to start dressing my avatar, but I don't know what kinda clothes to get him if any.

We have an avatar simulator which is located in avatar chat. It's a bit out of date, if I'm not mistaken, and it requires you to download it to use it.

So, i am a little on the funny side, interpret that any way you want, its two thirty in the morning and i cannot for the life of me get my friends to shut the f**k up and leave my house so i can sleep. Why do my good personal friends do this to me? What have i done to deserve this? Why wont they just let me sleep? I invite them over for a couple drinks and they killed my entire stash. Wtf? But i guess it cant be helped. I am a nice guy after all. Oh well, i guess i'm playing host till tomorrow morning.
