Thanks for the warm welcome. I play Gaia and was looking for a site very similar. I found this and thought it was really neat. My name is Nathan, I play french horn, and love to read, write, watch TV, and play video games.

French Horn is a lovely instrument! I love its sound. Never learned to play it though. After having braces, smaller mouth pieces were murder! Haven't tried again since having them taken off...

Yeah, I never have had braces so I wouldn't know what it is like. I bet it was annoying.

I have been playing since 06. I got hacked a couple times and had to start over. But I'm working my way back up.

Yeah a lot of people came from Gaia to here (such as myself). I am not too much of a fan of Gaia anymore. As someone once called them, they are capitalist whores.

The Gaian economy has begun to fail due to Gaia Cash. I still like Gaia because of their community, but the company can [email protected]#$ themselves.

My favorite book is The Cure don't remember who wrote it lol. My favorite game would have to be the Fable series.

i have heard of the fable series but i have never played it. whats it about?

In the first one you start out as a boy who lived in a small village. Then the village is attacked by bandits and you are rescued by a person from the Hero's Guild. You fight bad guys and become your own kind of hero. Good or bad, evil or virtuous. In the second one it is set 500 years later and you can be either a girl or a boy. You are an orphan and the mayor of the town adopts you only to kill you and your sister. This is because you are descended from a line of Hero's and pose a threat to the guy. You gather the remaining few heroes, you, an Will user , a buff lady of god, a marksman, and your dog. There is so much back story to explain. It's a good game if you ever think of getting it.

well now i am definately thinking about getting it. :) it sounds very interesting. which game system is it for if you dont mind my asking?

The original Fable is for Xbox and Fable 2 is Xbox 360.

im not quite sure how these game systems work. can you play the origional fable on the 360?

Yes but you have to have a hard drive and you have to update it by either connecting the xbox to live or by using an update disc from OXM magazine.
