Is it arrogant to create a thread with your own name? Huh. Whatever.
Let's get this out of the way, hmm? My name is Ujimasa. Not my real name, but I always ask people to call me by it regardless. I'm a seventeen year old male from Oregon. I stand at approximately 6'3" and weigh 168 lbs. My nickname in real life is 'Beard', presumably because I keep forgetting to shave off my goatee. According to my English teacher, I look like a Chinese warlord, but that's a story for another time.
I enjoy gaming, mostly. Ninety percent of my time awake is spent perfecting my FAMAS skills in Counter Strike Source or lobbing heads off in PVK2 or shooting bandits then hiding in a corner for three days in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I just realized that I play mostly violent videogames. Oh well. The other games I enjoy are tabletop/IRC games like D&D 3.5, All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Legend of the Five Rings and other stuff. I have a plethora of stories about these games but I'll save those for another time.
I really like roleplaying and stuff like that. I have a ton of character and campaign ideas garnered from various sources [Ever seen a villain with a bronze mask covering everything on his face except his mouth? And when the mask is taken off, said villain has no eyes and no nose?] I specialize in horror roleplays and campaigns.
However, when I play freeform roleplays, the influence from D&D hits me like a pound of lead and I end up giving stats to all my characters, not to mention privately rolling to decide whether my character fails or not at doing something. For this reason, a lot of my characters seem to die quite often thanks to my atrocious luck. And also for this reason, I tend to make villains/anti-heroes more than 'good' characters, since I feel the only thing better than a very deep and thoughtful hero is a very deep and thoughtful villain.
Let's see. Music. I tend to listen to a decent amount of different genres, but my specialty is in metal music. Right now I'm listening to Anthrax the most, followed up by Iron Maiden, Slayer and Iced Earth. I usually have music going at all times of the day, silence drives me nuts.
I forgot what I was going to say next. Probably something about my family.
That's it. I'm done writing an essay to introduce myself. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go play some more CSS and work on getting better with the Ingram Mac 10.
