New to the site
Hey, my name is Rogue Fae, but you can call me Fae. It has been several years since I have gotten on a site similar this. The last one fell to the illiterates (I enjoy doing the RP's). It lost its charm quickly after that. My friend told me about this site and how it is still standing strong. Hope it continues!

I like the fantasy/action RP's. My friend recently started up one. It is called 'The Strangers'. Be forewarned though, she is a stickler about good writing (like punctuation and such). She has had to deal with too many illiterates on Gaia. But you seem to do fine in that category from what I can tell. So feel free to join in.

Ah, a group roleplay. /is slightly interested/
I always fail in these group things though. Either I get way behind or the thing ends up dieing and I'm left wanting to roleplay more. I'll go check it out though. C: I'm into Fantasy as well. And yes, I type fairly well. Brilliantly in my opinion but I should be more modest. >w< I got tired of the anti-grammar people on Gaia as well. It made me really sad that no one cares about how they write anymore. I mean really? It's like speaking and giving yourself a good reputation. |
I agree wholeheartedly. I think most of the problem on Gaia, besides the fact that there seemed to be no literate test, was that the average age decreased dramatically. I know when I started it seemed to be a high school thing and a while later it seemed to be a middle school thing. It was sad to watch the slow and agonizing deaths of good RP's. I just stopped after a while.

Also, I apologize in advance. I do spell somethings incorrectly and I also like to use emoticons... quite a lot. Yhea, it used to be older people but now... it's just sad. I stick mainly to my one guild because it's all close friends of mine. I don't go on that site very often any more though. It just isn't worth it to me. /shrugs/ |
Hehe. Sounds like we should have combined guilds then! My friends and I tried a similar tactic.
I know what you mean, spell check is my savior. I don't think I could last very long without it. You won't be the only one with a few spelling mistakes here and there! I actually changed an NPC's name by mis-typing it. His original name was Sam and I switched it to Tom somehow and everyone just followed suit. It was actually kind of funny. |

I always forget what the names are so I have to look back to check. I wish I had a better memory sometimes. That way I wouldn't always have to be looking at character profiles to get their names right. At least everyone joined in and just followed along. Yhea, ours is still up it's just that neither of us actually do much on it. Which is sad. We have a rather bland name too. XD Which is kind of the joke. |
Hehe. My one friend get really into it for a while and came up with a pretty good name if I do say so myself. Golden-Flax Tales. Something like that. Well, as much fun as it has been chatting with you, I need to get to bed. Hope to talk to you later!
