Hi, I'm new, as you may have guessed ^^

I used to use "Gaia Online" so this is definitely my kind of thing, and all I've done so far is customise my Avatar and I can already see that this is better than Gaia ^^

Hello! That's the kind of first post that makes me like you already :lol: Is it the fact that hair,skin and eye changes are free? They are like that because we hate the way that's done on Gaia :ninja:

I like Sims too, but I can't play it on my laptop becaue the graphics card it so rubbish it makes it look hideous, plus, it can't deal with the amount of custom content that I want to have and won't even load the game up without crashing now :oops:

Hey ^^ thanks for the welcome, and yeah, I think it's awesome that I don't have to waste money just to change my hair colour. It's also pretty awesome that with the eyes there's so much choice and with the hair you can cusomise the colour so much it's like there's a chance that no two peoples hair are the exact same colour (unless they use the presets, ofcorse)

I've got all of the Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs for both sims 2 and sims 3 on my PC at the moment - I'm extremely lucky that my partner got my a new pc when Spore came out, because my old PC could barely play sims 2 base game on its own!

You're making me jealous >< I'm saving up for a new desktop so that I can load it up with custom content :insane: I can waste whole days downloading GBs of that stuff. I almost enjoy doing that more than I enjoy playing the game itself :lol:

I know what you mean! I used to get anything and everything before, but now I play vanilla, except for default replacements (face templates, skins & eyes) that's enough for me now.
I want to make a make-up default replacement using Bruno's make-up (from ModTheSims) but I just can't be bothered XD

I've made a few default replacments, here's my MTS account, for when you have your new laptop, if you want to use any of my things (they are all a bit plain but still XD)

Welcome and I hope you enjoy your stay. I'm also on Gaia, and I love the fact that hair and eyes are free. It makes changing outfits and looks SO much easier than Gaia. I mean some hairstyles cost an arm and a leg, so I don't really like that about it.
