I used to be on here a while ago, but didn't check in for over 2 years and when I finally came back, I found out that my account had been banned for no reason :gonk:

So sad.

So, I'm back, and we'll see how long this lasts for, haha. I have a feeling I'll be around for a while

If your account is banned for no reason that will be because of an automatic function that the system runs, that sadly leaves people no message so they end up thinking they did something wrong. It's probably because the emails we've been sending you to that account's email have been bouncing back. That kind of thing damages the site's email reputation badly so accounts with an email that is disabled or no longer valid get switched to a "dead account" user group.

If you contact [email protected] with the details of your other account then that can get looked into :)

The email that i used for the other account is still active and I check it regularly. I never received word. When I went to login, it said I was banned, but no reason was given, and date it will be lifted: never.

I didn't do much on my other account anyway, so maybe it's a good thing to just start fresh :D

Well yeah, but it can be handy to have another account. The main issue here is that because you have 2 accounts now you won't be able to make another one if you decide that you want a mule.

The other reason an account can became automatically de-activated is from its mails being marked as spam. Either way you can get it re-activated by contacting support, it will just need to be given a new email, that's all :)
