I was looking for a proboards rp forum and this just happened to pop up lol. I was on Gaia for a good while but its gone so down hill I've all but stopped role play T_T. I'm in the U.S just a night owl, but only on the weekends lol.

I was the same with gaia. Joined that place back in 06 i think! Was obsessed, quested for years and made loads of friends, was even a moderator for one of the popular poll forums for a few months, but then it went huuugely downhill, inflation killed the quests, younger and younger people started posting around making me feel old and it was getting too big and money-obsessed for my liking.

Mene's a lot smaller, but also alot more mature and friendly. And the roleplay forum is great! Theres always somebody up for roleplaying with you!

Yea, I stopped because sentences like: She walked to the door and turned back to face the others in the room. "Fine." She said leaving the room. Became considerd "good" sentences. I'm not claiming to be a novelist or anything but my brain couldn't take being so numbed lol. I think I joined around then as well lol, go figure. And the vampire thing.....I LOVE role playing as a vampire but they were just making it stupid. I know I'm being harsh.

Right after I registered here I started looking around the net about Mene, read mostly good things. *Waits patiently for pm :D*
