Longcat lost her mule due to inactivity and it was never re-activated. So TophatGalore is the new Tacgnol. Or in reality going to be the colorful mule of Longcat. Just letting everyone know who and what I am. Because I don't want to cause any trouble.

When you say "never reactivated". Did you follow this up at all? You can't just make another account when you already have two :sweat:

I did follow up. I sent two separate emails asking for >>Tacgnol<< to be reactivated and I never heard back and I had assumed that it was removed and done with. If there is a way to have >>Tacgnol<< reactivated and TophatGalore removed, I would rather that happen. I understand full the TOS but since I had figured that my old mule account was gone completely, I could create a new mule to hold my duplicate items.

How long ago did you contact Support? I had a quick look yesterday and didn't see anything from you. Support is Juru's bag you see, and I don't like to mess with anything that she is likely to already be dealing with herself.

I contacted support on Feb 26th 2011. I'm actually looking at the email right now. and I never heard back...
