Hello and Good Day ^^

Lei Kitten! But please, do feel comfortable with just calling me Lei.

I've more or less journeyed across the interwebz, searching high and low for an avie forum site that will bore me within a couple of weeks. Needless to say, this place interests my short cat like attention span.

[And the layout is pretty spiffy <3]

So I'm new about here and thought I'd make my first move by posting in the Fresh Meat forum. Though to be honest, I thought it said 'Freshmen'.

Anyway, that's all I can think of to say before I start being an awkward kitten and staring at you all from high points in the room.... er on the site.

But before I end this post, a few things about me:

-I love to Roleplay
-I've been on avie forum sites before. Such us Gaia [-dies-] and Ernya and everything else in between.
-I love cats yet I am allergic to them.
-I could really go for some Chinese food right now.
-And hopefully I can relearn how to draw chibis.
-Oh and I love writing.

So um... that's about it. I don't know what else to say... so...

I am enjoying myself quite a bit. I've found myself tied to the Sardine Smash for some reason <3 It's a bit addicting and fun and the music reminds me of a carnival.
I do wish there were most about to talk to though. It seems a bit slow in this forum, and I can't find anyone compatible with my rp tastes in the Roleplay Request forum. And honestly, I am craving a good literate and enticing roleplay.

As for my roleplaying experience, I've been writing poetry and short stories since 2003 and seriously roleplaying since 2006. I've roleplay on Gaia, back in the day when it was a legit site to reside upon. But I have been away from the roleplaying community to pursue dance and spoken word for the better part of this year.

Ah, Gaia... *sigh*

Well, what sorts of roleplays have you participated in/liked best? Is there any particular genre you prefer?

It's always sad when a good side goes to the dark side. Regardless though, I'm here now. And Sardine Smash amuses me <3

I've participated in a ton of roleplays, but one on one types are more my forte. My favorite are generally set in a modern time period with a taboo relationship worked in. Taboo as in something similar to Teacher x Student. So if you have anything that goes against the social norms of society I will definitely jump at it. Also, I can play male or female and have no preference as my characters tend to dress very androgynous-like.

Also, for romance in pairings, it has to develop over time for me. And I can type any length, but the amount I create is based off of what I am given to work with or it varies based on sleep.

I used to do ballet, but then I got bored with it. Being eight and nine and doing ballet was fun, but I got bored with it. Now I just learn dances from music videos with my friends. x3

I am never able to win at the game so I hardly play it.
It really is narrowed down to Fan Girls and Snake; I can never get enough of them :drool:
Slow? Well I guess if you put it like that...

Well.... Fan Girls is hard. Cause that takes strategic placement, and I always get distracted in snake and the snake goes into a wall. I am terrible at those games.

Then again I like games like that because my eyes will auto-flicker to the movement of the things I'm to attack.

In the roleplay forums it is a bit slow. Well it was yesterday afternoon when I joined. It has picked up a bit now, and I did have some Chinese food today.
It was delicious.

Places like the general discussion make me feel awkward about joining in on the conversations.
