Hey everyone! I'm not really sure what I should be posting for my first thread, but I guess I'll start with the basics.

I'm Nephrael, obviously. lol. I answer to that, Neph, Cam, Cammie, Angel, and "hey you".

I'm 23, male, and apparently live next to hell's exhaust vents (seriously, ninety degrees after dark?).

A friend of mine kind of ordered me to join, but I'll try this place out and see just how things work out before worrying too much about things.

If there's anything else you would like to know, or if you just want to comment random nonsense, feel free to post!

*Waves to Nephrael* Ohh man, do I feel ya about the heat...I think it was 108 out here today! Man, it gets OLD!
So how do you manage to stay cool? I have AC in my car, but it's not really enough.

Oh and before I forget *Welcome To Menewsha*!! *throws confetti and sparkly bits around your welcome thread*

"Join menewsha. No complaints."

You can't see it, but my eyebrow is cocked quizzically as I type. lol. Sounds like an imperative to me, Jen dear.

@Daria: Thanks for the welcome! And Jeebus! A hundred and eight? Where the effing eff do you live? I thought Texas was bad, but we at least capped out an the century mark.

I'm a zonie...So while it's 108, it's a "dry heat"....So not a ton of humidity, but darn, it's HOT!

Oh. I'm sitting at about a million percent humidity. It's the curse of living on the gulf. At least Christmas is nice. Seventy-five degrees in December is perfect for beach going!

We have hot, not hot, and maybe we'll FINALLY get a Monsoon. We had one last night, the rain was SOOO amazing.

That falling wet stuff can be pretty wild, right? I was born in the Texas Panhandle, so I can understand where you are coming from. That part of the country is usually deeper in rattlesnakes than it is in flowing water that doesn't come from irrigation pivots.

Not-hot? I never realized that was an option. O.o I have got to try that out sometime.

Hm, maybe I should be thankful that I get a good break from the heat. Though the heat has been pretty moderate in Cali this summer. I wouldn't mind moving to Hawaii; I'm going in December, and it's supposed to still be in the 80's. Love it when it rains there. :D

Lol, December in Hawaii is summer, isn't it? Or are the islands North of the Equator? Gah, Geography was never my strong suit. I was always drawing in class when they were going on about Oceania.

Let's just say it's summer all year round in Hawaii. Lol. I'm not so good at geography, either. I was there a couple months ago and it should be exactly the same when I return in december.

Lol, nice...

Random question, are you a fan of avvie art? I used to draw for DA, but it's been ages since I've felt inspiration strike.

Yes, I guess I am. :) I don't draw it myself, and I've only had one person draw mine before.

Well, assuming my talent hasn't completely abandoned me, would I be out of line to offer you a free sample? It may be some time coming, but I am quite taken with your style.

I can't promise that I will do you any justice, sweetheart, but when something comes up that isn't too much of an embarrassment I'll send you a PM. In the meantime, could I beg you to add me as a friend?

Having someone draw for me is flattering enough, regardless of your drawing style or talent I will love it. And of course; you don't have to beg, silly. :)
