Faustus: Hi there, welcome to Mene!! Methinks that is Kuroshitsuji in your siggy ;D I'm not super familiar with it, but I'm a fan of the characters. Roleplaying is quite popular here, so there are lots of possible RP partners! There is the Roleplaying Forum section, where you can find sub-sections for things like Roleplay Requests. It couldn't hurt to check out the stickies in any section you go to before posting. Just ask if you have any questions!
