Holding back a childish giggle at the Hatter's wink, Annalesia instead responded with a coy smile, her eyes twinkling with enjoyment. However, when he questioned how she knew, adding in a genuine chuckle, she couldn't help but offer a laugh in return, the smile touching her irises.
"Oh," she shrugged, her face the mock essence of innocence, "I am stumped as, well, Mr. Hatter. Perhaps, if I may be so direct, it was the way in which you converse?" She waited, watching his reaction to her suggestion. "I should blush to say I am right, but in this case I think I might be. You, sir, give off that vibe. I merely dared to say it is so!" |
"That vibe, she says. Oh, makes me sound so fiendish!", Hatter chuckled, mockingly holding gloved hands to his heart. As if it broke, causing him great pain. "So cruel is the pretty mademoiselle.", he gasped, closing his eyes as he held a hand to his forehead, 'felling faint'. |
"Oh, but an alluring fiend you may be," she exclaimed, eyebrows raising, her fingers drumming on her crystalline staff. "After all," she crooked an eyebrow at him now, tilting her head every so slightly, "it is often the forbidden fiend that gives a woman the rush of new experiences, is it not? Being a fiend can be quite an adventure!"

"One I may, or may not be; question is, does the mademoiselle wish for me to be?", Hatter chimed, raising a brow as he let a few chuckles out. |
"It is not what others wish you to be, but what you wish yourself to be. I can merely entertain your whims, and the rest I'm afraid is up to you, Monsiuer," she argued, a flaxen lock of her hair falling out of her hat as she spoke.

"Yes, this is true, but with out people needing and making people into what they need, a lot of things would of not be the same as they are today.", he hummed, "But that is not what I was implying miss, I simply asked; But is that what the miss wants?". "It was me teasing you, even call if light flirting if you will, but that was all. Nothing to be too serious of. Even if your words are true.", Hatter smiled. |
"Oh, if it was light flirting, and I'm afraid I have no skills in catching on to such a thing, you do flatter me Hatter!" She smiled, offering a bubbly laugh as she looked up at him.
"And if you wish to truly have an answer, then I guess that I shall give you one, yes?" She paused as if waiting for an answer to her rhetorical question, "I will admit, and daringly so at the rist of a sure scandal, that I am one for such excitement, monsiuer. I beg the information to remain between the two of us, for it's a secret my lips have never shed, but I do crave and adventure!" |
Chuckling, Hatter mockingly wiped a 'tear' from his eye. As if he was brought to tears by his laughs, all in good humor of course. He would never mock a lady. "My, your a joy to have as company, mademoiselle.", he spoke, a few chuckles still leaving him. "And I assure you, I am a gentleman. Just one with a streak of flirtatious behavior, is all.", he added in, giving a playful wink. "So I will do my best to give you an adventure. Though it might just be a trip to Wonderland. Curtsying in thanks for the compliment as to her company, Annalesia smiled, "As I will shamelessly admit that you are equally as wonderful of a company, Monsieur Hatter. Though please don't tell, for surely we'd be the recent scandal of the town. Though I do enjoy the excitement I fear it woudl ruin your recently established public appearance."
Her fingers fiddled with the ruffles of her skirt as she smiled at him, "What is this wonderland you speak of? I do say I'd fancy a glimpse into wonderland." |

Annalesia; "Public appearance, hm.", Hatter spoke, bringing a gloved hand to his chin. "One I did not know I had, yet it to be right in front of my face. correct?", he asked, before giving a sly smile; "You do not know of Wonderland? How odd, for it would seem all people have been to Wonderland, even if it was only once.", the male spoke, raising a brow. "It is a place I could call home, I suppose. "You would be correct, monsieur. One would always have a public appearance, whether good or bad. I am afraid that it is unavoidable! There will always be others that converse about the ongoings of society; which most definitely means they will partake in gossip as you may call it. Though, they would not dare to call it such a thing!
Annalesia gasped anew, a bare hand pressing against her lips in mock surprise, "To have been to wonderland so many a time is a true gift, Hatter, and I must say I have jealousy that you have been so many times. I would love to partake in the adventure if you find yourself going anew." |
