i'm not really good with introductions, but i came over here from gaia (kinda). i never really found my place, had any good conversations, or had fun in general there, so i'm hoping to do at least one of those things here, or try. i've been joining sites like crazy since i quit facebook, and i'm sort of in an irl rut.

personally, i'm an awkward mixture of everything cute and morbid. and humourous, sometimes. irl i get away with a lot more mean, sarcastic comments because my face screams innocent. i have a lot of random hobbies that surprise people, but most often my face is stuck in a book or against a screen, reading or playing a video game of some sort.

The Halloween event is where most people are right now. I can also be found with my nose in a book ;) or sometimes watching anime! ^_^ Do you have a favorite genre?

horror is probably my favourite, but there are so few options that i read mostly drama, comics, or non-fiction. i watch anime here and there, but i'm really picky!

You actually sound a lot like me, at the moment. I don't have a job, or anything, so I spend a lot of my free time sitting with my ass in front of the computer and joining sites. We have a facebook, actually, but a lot of times it's just to keep up with old friends and to speak to family members who live far away. x.x
It's not my type of website though, you can't really meet new people via Facebook. Just keep up with the ones you already know...

I remember Gaia back when it wasn't quite so hectic. x.x
I hope you can escape that chaos here. Have fun!

i feel kind of neglected with facebook and gaia, not to mention the endless unmitigated drama. they're either too boring or too much at any given time. maybe you can recommend some other sites too and i'll know (sort of) someone there.

Welcome to Mene, I hope that you are able to find your place here as much as you seem to be hoping as well.

Cute and Morbid can be either a good combination, or a scary one I think, depending of course on circumstances around you at the time and the people who may be involved. It also makes me wonder if there are any girls in the world at all who do not fit either of those characteristics at least sometimes.
