Hi every one!
I just sort of joined this place right now. orz;; It's really confusing right now, and Kind of frustrating, but it looks nicer than a lot of other places. Is it just me or does this place seem a little.. Empty? Well, Considering that this post time is at about five AM, I don't think that helps.

I guess if I get some replies, i'll throw some stuff out about myself! I'd love to make friends.

I guess it depends on your zipcode as to when the site is bustling... But we are a bit slower than other forum sites. And I'm pretty okay with that...it keeps the trolls at bay. xD

When I joined there was an Easter event going on, and I just jumped into threads...and those were people I randomly became friends with. It's a great way to meet people who generally hang out in a certain forum. Everyone gets together and you make new friends! Love it. <3

Posting will get you tokens. As will clicking the little magnifying glass every 15 minutes. With tokens you head down to the http://www.menewsha.com/shops/index.php?do=viewshop&id=8
(The special event store) and you can use the tokens as currency to purchase the commons in the store, or the event items, which you'll find on the last page of the store. I think there's only one in there right now. A second should be coming out soon-ish. But yeah. Good stuff. And participating in the stickied threads in the forum will generally grant you some sort of prize from staffers or NPC's.
Nalin Sun is doing an advent calendar like thing. Super easy to win stuff from that. Post the form in thread and you have a good chance of winning something cool!

Thanks so much. I've made my way to the shops, so earning gold will just be the struggle. Though, Atleast I can get it by playing games. What about donating to the site? I see there's a page for that. Do you get any gold or Currency when you do that? `v`

In the event store you can purchase things with tokens as well. So a decent outfit shouldn't be too hard to start with that.

At the end of the tabs at the top you'll see "Contribute". You get Mennies when you donate. And the mennies are spent only on the items in the contribute tab. Which are whatever the current monthly items are. Right now we have: http://www.menewsha.com/forum/main/a...-december.html
and you can try them on in that link too! Or you can save them for the next month etc.
