Thank you, you're the first to respond! Menewsha seems like a nice place, and I'm glad it seems to be such an open community. I'll be sticking around for a while, so hopefully I can get the hang of things. ^^

Well, I think I have a hang of things so far. I've done some posting around, and I'm thrilled there's a roleplay community here. I've also played a game and explored the shops. I hope I can make enough gold for an outfit soon, though. Are there any other ways to make gold, or are posting and playing games the only ways?

Posting and playing games are the most popular ways, yeah. You'll probably end up earning the bulk of your gold that way.

However, if you're a talented artist, you can sell you artwork on here too. The Art Shops forum is filled with people who commission artwork of their avatars or RP characters.

If you're interested in investing a bit, the Menewshan Exchange is also a good way to earn some gold. Buy low, sell high! It can take a while to become a big exchanger, but there's a friendly group of people who hang out in there and would be willing to help you buy/sell items that you're interested in.

And since you're a new user, I'd also check out all the Charities on here. Some people will donate quite a bit of gold and items to new people. Just read through all the rules and regulations of each individual charity thread and you might be able to win some cool stuff.

Alright, thank you for the tips! I think I'll hit up the exchange and charities first. I'm more used to playing the marketplace anywhere than I am making art for others.

Hey, nice to meet you! It's nice to see another new person here as well, and I'm so glad I got these tips. I definitely suggest playing games, those earned me a nice amount of gold. Not quite enough for an outfit, but I'm well on my way!
