I don't really do sports, either. Or at least, I didn't until a few weeks ago. I am heroically awful at them. |
Currently, the only sport that I am interested in is swim.
Felt that that is the only sport that seem to move all the joints in average amount. And also in water, reduce the gravity pressure that hurts the joint. |

It is easier using one hand because it looks and feels weird using two hands with a backhand, imo. :P |

Okay, I'll find you something. I'm pretty new here myself, so I don't have a whole lot, but I'm sure I've got some options. Good to know. Okay. I like the idea of adjusting it to myself; I haven't quite found a rhythm or something I'm comfortable with yet. I agree about the one-handed backhand, though. I haven't tried it more than two or three times, but two hands feels wrong. |
