Yeah. It's nice. I was very unknown and ignored when I first came to mene. It's a nice change.

Mene's not the same place it used to be. People are much kinder.

Since I've been here they've always been quite kind. I just wasn't really able to get into the social circle the site had.

Kinder is maybe not the word I was looking for. Hmmmm....they are less clique-y. People are more opt to invite people into a conversation.

That's true. We're more "open" now. Back then a lot of threads were private, not officially, but in the sense that a user not a friend would get sort of pushed out.

Now though, the worst I see is simply getting overlooked. Hopefully someday that will pass too ^^

Oh god, I think the best example of the change is the AC area. Some people are still afraid of it because of back then.

I was really afraid of the Admin's Pick thread back then. Most of the people who talked there had repeatedly won Admin's Pick.

I think to this day I'm still nervous about a couple of forums though.

Don't be afraid of the AC. Its really changed for the better.

There was a time when if you didn't match your colors to the tee, and didn't wear a million layers even if half of them made absolutely no sense what so ever, that you where ridiculed bad when asking for a rate.

Its not like that anymore.

Ah... yeah... layering was sort of a fad back then huh?

Some people, Like Seiki Nova, are known for it still. But not in a harsh way anymore.

And yeah, some people are colorful buy random XD
I was never able to get into that fad... I failed miserably

I was an ACer once, and I got bored.

I had hoards of commons, which I eventually sold and had enough gold to by my V-day pin.

At that point I had no commons and found the need to get creative with my outfits.

Now I am very much a minimalist.

I've always been a hoarder of rares
Trying to get one of each like a museum.

I do not brag about it , its just merely the truth. Many people would love to own my inventory when it comes to my rares.

My eventual goal is to own all items on the site, both rare and common.

For me it's simply what I do. Many of my older rares have memories attached to them, and that's why I hold so tightly to them.

That is a very common goal XD
