hi there! :D so after lurking around the whole forum i finally decided to create my introduction thread! (i want meat ; 3 ;)
you see, i have been eyeing this site for a long time but i couldnt join because i was under 13 but i just turned thirteen and can finally join! i am very excited to meet the people here! :D by the way, my name is polly but you can call me cookie! Welcome to Menewsha, and don't worry, a lot of people here are close to the same age! And the grownups are pretty cool, if you tell them how old you are, they don't act like you're dumb, they just sort of respect it and they're cool with it. I don't do a lot of anime or manga, I like Ponies. But there's room here for all kinds of people who like all kinds of things! I'm glad you stopped lurking, it's a lot harder to have fun here if you lurk. People here are really nice, and cool. And fun to talk to! Blue is a really cool color, I like it too, but I like a lot of other colors just as much. I don't know if I really have a favorite. |

Personally I don't think that's a bad habit, I tend to do that myself sometimes when I wait for a reply or if I get bored. LOL
I had a hard time with my username because I couldn't take Ebony on another site, so I had to come up with one that sounds like it and I personally like it~ <3 Haha, I seriously don't know why she's called Cookie, I know her real name but she never goes by it... ever. I used to have a list of anime shows I grew fond of but I can't remember which site is that, I have about 80 manga books which I will be selling n n; I like Host Club, Witchblade and Akira... trying to think of the other series I've watched, my cousin was getting me into Bleach. I stopped watching it because I don't own any of the series lol I heard of this site from another one which is dead at this point, no one posts there anymore, died about a year ago or so? Then there's two other websites, which I started getting a little bored of n n; |

I rarely get called anything mean on there, people glomp me on there... probably because I'm a mod on a thread. ^o^ <3 None of them call me anything really, just Bun or something like that n n; Usually when they're talking to me, they'll just quote me since some threads could move a little fast Cookie: Haha, I lurk until I notice someone replied, that's about it or jump to another website~ :D At one point she changed her facebook name to her real name. My Facebook name is Herbert Tha Perrvert, no lie! Look it up~ lol Well, there would be more but I kept moving from place to place and there were no dead set place that I could call my own. So I just stopped buying manga books and gave up completely. Oh, I know, there's also Kissanime.com, there's almost every series there is on there, even movies. And yeah, it's Ouran Host Club with Tamaki-senpai~ <3 My younger cousin is completely obsessed with it, I'm 3 years older than she is. |

I kind of troll but not to be mean, just say random stuff but that's about it. For example: "And that's how I impregnated a fictional pony" xD I used to go to Kinsaki but then it died there and people were really friendly there, I had my own little hangout that I would keep alive every day <3 The whole friendship thing, people get jealous about it and that can sometimes drive people to do stupid things and ruin a possible friendship between two people. It's happened to me a bunch of times and then when we got older, it gotten brought up and I was told why this one person didn't want to be friends with me, her long time friend told her that I was spreading rumours about her D: Jealousy is a horrible thing. Cookie: Yeah, I've been a part of Gaia since 2004 and still going~ But I gave away everything about a year ago and I'm still gaining everything back slowly, it's a little hard with the inflation though. My aunt and her sons call me "Cash", and other places... well, it relates to my real name. Ponies are cool!
I used to troll sometimes, but only on anonymous sites. I got banned a lot, and then everyone was mean to me, and it made me really mean too for a while. I started using a lot of bad words and hurting people's feelings and then I learned that people on the internet are real and have real feelings, and it isn't a video game or something. Then I started over and joined new sites and I learned what it was like to be the one who was trolled and treated mean without asking for it. I never want to be like that again. Funny things and jokes that mess with everyone are cool! I just never want to be called retarded or anything again, and I never want to be mean to anyone. My friend Vera helped me a lot with understanding it all. I thought it was all like GTA or something, but people on the internet aren't NPCs, they're people. And people deserve friendship and respect. |

Yeah, usernames can be tricky, and it's sometimes hard to get the one you want at first. I didn't pick this one, but I like it, so I'm keeping it. This used to be Vera's mule account. She gave it to me. So if you ever read a post from a month or more ago and it looks like I was being all dirty or pervy, it was Vera. She can do that, it's okay for people to be who they are, but just know that wasn't me doing that. She'd probably like you a lot, she even uses the "XD" emote a lot. But be careful, she'll probably flirt with you a lot. She just does that with everyone, don't take it personally. |
