I took up knitting as an anti-anxiety thing a few years ago (mostly just making stuff for friends/family), but I haven't gotten around to picking up crochet, although you can make such pretty things! How long have you been crocheting/what do you enjoy making?

yeah that's why I did too xD My Grandma had taught me basics (like two things) when I was in Elementary school but I only recently got really into it last January :3 I started to make Amigurumi then :3 so I really enjoy making those types of things

Awesome! Keep it up, crochet is such a nifty skill to have! And it's so therapeutic :)

I've made a ton of hats, scarves, and fingerless gloves for people in the past year, the hat I'm working on at the moment is pretty nice. I'm working up to knitting actual sweaters pretty soon, but it seems like too daunting a task. :p

knittingandsarcasm, what are you studying if you don't mind my asking?

I'm working on a BA in anthropology, a minor in english, and a certificate in forensic science. Hence my tendency to be very busy (procrastinating). :)

Oh wow, that's awesome! One of my best friends from college majored in anthropology :) Best of luck with your studies! What are you hoping to do with your degree once you finish?
