My nickname is Chrys, and I joined Mene primarily for RP. I'm a college student who likes video games, knitting, and anime, and... I'm not very good at in-depth introductions. [drool]

Knitting. Wish I could knit. I see so many awesome knitting projects. Everytime I try to learn how I just seem to end up with tangled yarn

Yeah, it takes a lot of practice. I'd recommend starting with crochet if you really want to learn yarncrafts, since it's considered an easier alternative by most. It's just one hook with one live stitch at a time compared to two (or more!) needles with multiple live stitches at once. Also it's much easier to make plushies and hats through crochet, too.

Ah yarn crafts... *le sigh*
Once upon a time I tried to make a cat tail of yarn. *just has a bag full of yarn tufts that in no way resembles anything*

Yup, I remember when I only tangled stuff in the vague shape of scarves... ^^; It takes a lot of practice.

Luckily, it helps me concentrate when I need to study or watch something, so I have a lot of practice time.

I can somewhat crochet. Im not working on anything at the moment though. I was working on a blanket awhile back but the dog chewed a big hole in it.
