Yeah, at the moment though there's only three people there and only one on the actual pay roll (That's me, the other two own it) so it's a bit hard at the moment. When we get our big contract through we'll be hiring someone else then I'm dropping Sundays (which I work days on! I work nights all week but do sunday day then monday night!) But at the moment I'm running myself ragged. I love the job, and I need to put the extra in so that I prove that I'm worth the advancement. I have very few qualifications so if my boss wanted to he could hire someone else to be on the higher wage and what not, but I'm determined to prove myself and to get on a good wage. So for now I just gotta suffer and make friends with pro plus ;)

I was in a crummy work environment where a manager in particular didn't like me for some reason, and proceeded to act really kind to me, but talk trash about me behind my back. ^^; I finally got out of there since it was only minimum wage, but I'm not eager to return to the workforce because of it.

I'm on minimum wage. But my boss I've known for 10 years...he's 9 years older than me and one of my dads friends. My dad now owns 10% of the business. So if I put the work in I'm set. I can do it because they both want me to. And because they both know I'm capable of it. I just wish I could sleep more...*snuggles down in her chair*

Ouch. >__< I think I'd have a headache with those hours even if I loved my job. But so long as it end up good in the end, it'd be worth it. And I don't think it's wrong to complain. It's work: everyone has problems with their job. XD

I fell asleep during the training :oops: But I got pitied because something came up and I was so shattered so I almost cried telling the instructor that I wasn't an idiot, I just have trouble with some things because I'm dysculic and have an attention deficit...He helped me on my test :P I ended up with 5 wrong, and passed wonderfully. Not bad to say my eyes weren't focusing :P

They all are lovely, but I have to say the first one on that second post is my favorite. o__o <3 I love that style!

EDIT: Moonlight, I believe those are gifts she's received, not art she's done herself. ^^; Besides, the styles are nothing alike, so it's improbable the same person drew them.

Isn't it Great! Brooke's very talented I love her style, she's awesome. And the second one on that post...well it's possably the nicest anime style on Mene. They're wonderful! It makes my day when someone sends me avatar art. Three have come from my pricing thread as a thank you for pricing their art, my favourite two included. And three have come as gifts. They all make my day when I get them.

I got a little pissed off at people making threads that went un answered for months on end, so I went to the art shops and spent two hours doing research on what sells for what. I'm the only one who offers pricing these days so who knows if I over price?

Thanks, but I don't think I do. I've been drawing for like13 months and that's the best I can do...

But you can't expect that much progress in a short amount of time. Yes a year or so seems like a lot, but my artist friends have been drawing their whole lives. ^^; So as much of a bummer it seems to be, just keep practicing and trying new things.

(I got discouraged and stopped drawing, and it's probably the only big thing I regret in my life since I enjoy art so much.)

So did I! When I was like 13 all my art teacher ever said was that's crap do it again and I was a LOT better then than I am now! All I ever hear these days is how good I'm doing so I'm pretty sure she hated me :P But yeah. I almost attacked her one day in class and didn't draw again till september last year when I finally said "well college is over, I'm unemployed and I love art. I'm going to learn again" and that's what I did. Then Matt had enough money to hire me and I found I still had time to draw at work so I carried on.

Angel does expect progress. Angel expects to be good at everything instantly!

Well I don't have many friends in real life. I got hurt pretty badly growing up so I find it hard to trust people so very few people get close, then all the ones I was close to moved away for uni and work, and partners so I was left alone and now my only local friend never wants to see me again :( *hugs*
