Last time it took three nurses, two docters, my stwo sisters and my mom to hold me down to get a bustershot...I really hate needles

Close your eyes and concentrate hard on something like your breathing. You start to go into meditation, so you don't notice what happens to your body as much. It's how those people walk on fire.
