Hello everyone. Sorry I have not been online for awhile but it has been a very rough 2 months. On November 23rd my mom passed away in her sleep and we buried her on December 3rd, Then on December 8th my husband and I was in a car accident and I was hurt pretty bad. I have just recently been able to sit for more than 30 mins at a time. I have 5 buldging disk and I lose the feeling in my left leg and right arm alot. I am not suppose to be up and about but staying in bed gets old after awhile. I don't know when the next time I will be able to get online again, but I did want to stop by and let every one know why I have not been online.

I am hoping though that I will be able to sit longer and spend more time online again.

I would also like to wish every one a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year( for just in case I am unable to get online for awhile again.)

No sweetie, husband and I went to the store and some guy backed right up into us. He was stopped about 15 feet in front of us and then for no reason at all he just put it in reverse and slammed into us.. to top it all off he didnt have a drivers license.

No I don't do a whole lot. as the drs have me on restrictions. and my family makes sure I don't over do it.. I am mostly in bed reading watching tv or sleeping.
No Novemeber and December has been really bad months.

Oh I know. It is Evil... and our lawyer says since he didnt have a drivers license and was using someone else car that we can sue him. so that is what we are doing. to top it all off he isnt a citizen of the United States yet either....

Yep I know what you mean there.. our lawyer said that with the law suit on him and with no citizenship he will more than likely be shipped back to mexico our lawyer said it is hard for non citizens to get a green card once they have been sued or been in trouble with the law in anyway..

Yes sweetie it is always good to talk to friends.. I find they comfort me and make me feel alot better.

I have to agree with you here. I am not against new people coming into america and trying to make a life for themselves and their family but when they come here and do things like this then they shouldn't be allowed to finish getting their citizenship and should be shipped back to their country to face their laws as well..

That's awful, midnight, I'm so sorry. Since I know people who aren't legal, I feel bad that he's going to be shipped back. But that's getting off easy. The Mexican government is crappy and if he can afford it, he'll more than likely be able to pay off the police. :? My cousins lived down their for a year and it's entirely corrupt and, well awful. Going home, sure he may not have much, but at least he won't be punished.
