My shoulder is killing me. I tried doing some upper body aerboics or whatever to help the muscles like my therapist said, but now it just burns and aches. *pokes his shoulder*
I hope it doesn't always hurt. She said my arm may never go back to normal, but I hope the pain goes away. |

Oh, I thought I told you. I messed it up in bootcamp. They did surgery on it but the muscles developed scar tissue.
Liftings doesn't make it hurt too bad, but moving it up and down, sucks. Get me a new shoulder plz? *sniffle* |

Miss Angel, like details? lolz. I was running and went to hop over a hurdle thingy and the guy behind me shoved me and I slammed me right into it. It wasn't one of those punk little white hurtles, like in the olympics. It's a chest high big ass wood log. I ended up hitting it with my armpit, kinda? Like the log was under my arm and he pushed me again and it tore some muscles and fractured my ribs. |

hehe I still fuck up every now and then. I drove my ex crazy because I never really learnt to spell his name because I always chanted I before E except after C...and spelt his name kieth. Stupid exceptions!
