I've been giving these hints out to most of the newbies I run into, so I'll share them with you as well. In my experience, it seems like a bad idea to play any of the chance games on this site. The odds are against you and you'll typically end up losing the gold you bet. On the other hand, the fishing game is a great investment. Take a look at the fishing faq, because it's a great guide to the game. But basically, you end up losing some gold at the beginning, but as your experience builds up, you'll eventually make a profit. If you're able to spare some gold and invest in the game, you'll be able to reap the benefits later. Good luck and I hope you have a great time here. :wink: |
