New, and Totally Clueless
I was invited by a friend to Menewsha, and, honestly, I'm completely clueless. ^^; I came from Gaia, so this whole thing is new to me. At this point, I'm just trying to get a handle on things and any help would be much appreciated. Thankies!

Well, there's nothing to be scared of. Most of us don't bite. And from what I've seen, those of us that DO generally keep it off Mene. Sadly, I kinda have to...being a vampire and all. But I have never bitten anyone on Mene...and I do plan to keep it that way. XD
Really, I do know the feeling, though. When I first joined, I felt like I was intruding. But...I posted a little, got to know people a little...and now this is one of my favorite sites out there. So...you do get used to it. That fear should go away fairly soon. We're nice here. |
Slow down. Take it easy. That's the best advice I can give you about this site. Small communitys are not so scary. Just get posting and you'll make friends in no time. *Is not speaking from personal experience :lol: * |
It's actually really easy to feel comfortable here. I have only been a Mene member for about two weeks, and already I have started to feel at home and have several people I seem to chat to regularly. Just be yourself, take it at your own pace, and you'll soon wonder why you were nervous!

Hey, me too. Don't worry, you should learn plenty from the TOS and stickies combined. After that, Just ask questions and explore lots. The best way to make gold is to post well and lengthily, without any spam at all or you'll be banned. PM me if you have other questions.
