It basically works like any other forum, you just get more perks from posting :)

the newbie guide (located in this forum) will be quite useful to you as well as the main faq page. Other than that I'd say just jump on in and learn as you go, it's fun, the members are nice and if you have any questions you can always ask me.. i don't bite too hard ;) hehe
