perhaps you misunderstood?
perhaps it was read that way since i have to speak in question form?
perhaps the word "perhaps" comes in rather handy? lmao

are we all using the word "perhaps" correctly even?
doesn't "perhaps" make the sentence a statement rather than a question despite our natural intonation when using it?

Do the people of the 21st century find them boring?
Do the wizened ancients who teach english find them interesting?
(I'm taking a shakespeare class in college right now and i love the stories but hate the style of writing. i was gonna take a myths and legends class next semester but it wasn't offered at a time that i could take it. i am taking "intro to literature" though and am later required to take classes on american lit before 1800, american lit after 1800, british lit before...., british lit after...., and romantic british lit.)
