I have! Been to the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Ireland. Also Norway and Sweden. Might be forgetting some brief in-between stops  .
Never have I ever been to Mexico (which is really silly since I live just a few hours from the border now - I'll have to change that!)

I have. I had my tonsils/adenoids removed when I was 11 or 12 and had minor surgery on my big toe at about 15...
