lol, I have. I studied Sam Tu Dang (triangle of light) kung fu as a kid. the training was like something out of an old Jackie Chan drunken master movie (I can still do the knuckle push-ups). I haven't trained in years now *breaks bricks with my big toe and bows* but it never leaves you ��
