I had a pack of Ramen noodles while my husband had fish. I don't eat fish.

I had a melted hot fudge sundae.

For dinner, I had lasagna with corn and sweet peas. For dessert, I had decadent fudge tracks ice cream (chocolate ice cream with fudge swirls and miniature peanut butter cups.

I had tuna mac! (that's mac n cheese from the box, made like it says, except you mix the milk and melted butter first, making the roue and then I added torn up real cheese and THEN mixed in the noodles, and then the tuna. After mixing it, I added more cheese. I also like to have Taco Bell sauce on it[hot, or fire if I have any] )

A pretty big jam drop, that has turned me off my dinner. No problem though, ill just have cereal later.

Tuna Mac sounds delicious right now.

What is a jam drop?

The last thing I ate was a homemade meatball sub for lunch.

I made myself some fajitas for the first time. they were delicious. Now, I am about to eat some Breyer's gelato. They didn't have the tiramisu one that I love, so I'm trying the triple chocolate one.

Some 'chicken salsa' dip stuff that my mother made for dinner, along with some tortilla chips.

My in-laws showed up to take us out for lunch for my husband's upcoming birthday. We went to the Chinese buffet down the street. I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, especially buffets, so I didn't eat much. A few potstickers, an egg roll, and some kind of pork... Will probably be cooking dinner early or having a snack soon.

I had a piece of cold fried chicken from the corner store down the street.

It was yucky-good.

I had a chicken burrito with fajitas and white rice, and some chips and queso. Yum!!

We had McDonald's for dinner. I had a hot and spicy McChicken. Our kitchen is all torn up right now. The people upstairs clogged up their garbage disposal and tried to plunge it and it leaked into the ceiling of our apartment, soooo we're missing a chunk of our ceiling in the kitchen and there is sheetrock stuff all over the floor and water. Will wait until Tuesday, after the holiday weekend, before it gets fixed...

I had a salad with fried chicken tossed in mild sauce

My husband cooked us bacon with two fried eggs and toast with strawberry preserves for a late breakfast. And then, I ate some strawberries and half a banana as a snack. We'll be having pizza for dinner while we watch the Lifetime movie of the week.

I eated roasted chickens on Italian bread, and it was yums.
