nick nack patty whack is a rhyming game i used to play it w/ my family when i was little or i would just sing it. hears how it's played: i'll say this old man he played one he played nick nack on my thumb w/ a nick nack patty whack give your dog a bone this old man went rolling home. then you say the same thing but replace one w/ the next number (two) and replace thumb w/ a word that rhymes w/ that number.
