I love love love wrath xD but i love edward too! who doesn't? I hate dante.....and the series has made me cry ...er..almost cry XD and has put me in a bad mood....

personally i like royXed and edXwinry......no incest for me xP like envyXed or edXal......no thanks ....
and i can't decide what i like more, anime or manga...both have great plots....and the manga really tricked me with Roy 'killing' that one woman xD made my jaw drop....what about you guys? how far are you in the series?

I prefered the manga plots, it was more worked on I think, more intense. Watching the anime, they only took the beginning plot which was great and turned it in a strange way O.o
I didn't finished reading the manga. everything wasn't still yet released in France. As for fav characters... I don't think I have one in particular probably Scar, the little chinese girl and Al.

  I don't know much about the movie, or the anime, I've just read the manga. ^^ I didn't actually get around to reading Full metal alchemist untill last year sometime, I'd heard about it loads, but never really bothered to read it. But When I did I spent half a day reading all the chapters x) <3

  I've read up till the latest Chapter, and I actually think Olivia Is a pretty cool character. (Even if she's quite like Riza) She kind of shocked me when she killed that guy. Just Killed him. I originally read it and couldn't read much of the text, and was reading it fast, and I didn't pick up on who she killed, I just saw some blood. Very Casual. That caught me out...xO
  
  I love the plot of the manga. I think it's really interesting and there's been a couple of points it's caught me up. The first time I saw father i was like: woah. Hoheinheim(spelling?) has gone bad. x) but then I found out he wasn't him and i then decided he's a twin...or something. I currently don't have a theory on that. x) Anyone else got a theory on the fact that they both look really alike?

  When the fuhrer(spelling? Sorry about my spelling) was pretty much shown as a bad guy, I kinda thought: HA I KNEW IT! because higher officials are always corrupt...well not always, just sometimes. The character I most dislike is probably the Fuhrer because well, I don't know, I just dislike him xP I've never actually cried though. Although some of it was sad, possibly. It didn't make me cry at all.

Brosche! =D He's such a badass loser. OOH. OHHH. Or Archer. He's my hero. Hell. I loved all the minor and semi-major people in the military.

Greed. He's one badass mofo pimp.

Manga. Anime started off well, but then it got ahead of the manga and had to pull their own crap. Most of it.... kinda sucked. but it had Archer, so all was good. =D
I prefer the manga, though. Even though Hughes got a bit more characterization in the anime, I still like the manga.

I've watched the whole anime and found it really sad (yes yes i cried in some parts) haven't actually read any of the manga or watched the movie as of yet.

and i think my favorite char is ed ^^ cause hes just so darn cute.

Who is your favorite character? Riza!! She's just so cool. And Roy is EXTREMELY AWESOME as well. =] Overall, ALL the characters are so unique and quirky and I like practically all of them. XD

Oh I love-love-LOVE Full Metal Alchemist! Never read the manga, but adored the anime and the movie.

Who is your favorite character? That's tough...I did like Hughes. I thought it was so cute the way he'd go on and on about his little girl. And Armstrong! He was hilarious the way he'd always rip his shirt off and the little sparkles would twinkle around him. I really liked Al's voice actor too.
Favorite homunculi? Definitely Lust. She was really intriguing. Ruthless and yet, searching.
Has the series ever made you cry? No because I don't typically cry at things like that, but there were several moments in there that really touched me or disturbed me. When Tucker created the chimera out of his daughter and the dog...that really bothered me! But there were plenty of emotional moments in the story. And the musical score added to it!

Who do you HATE with a passion? Tucker, for what he did. I could barely stand to look at him when he'd come on the screen. Plus, he was pretty disturbing looking, you have to admit.
Pairings you like? Winry & Ed were cute. I wasn't really into the whole pairings thing in this story, for some reason. Normally, I love the love factor. But barely thought of it in this.

*blinks* I don't know if I really have one. Maybe Wrath? O.o the small boy in the anime. I thought he was kinda cute. But other then that, I'm sorta lacking one.

Hughes' death. I was crushed, oh so very crushed. The movie drove me insane. >.> Technically it was a good ending, but it crushed my favorite pairing. Destroyed it completely. T-T and all because Ed is in parallel universe. *glares the movie*

I think I catch up with the recent chapters in the manga already from reading the scanlation. there is 15 vol released so far in thai.

My favourite character will be Edward. I love his overall personality.

Favourite homunculi would be Lust.

Yeah, in a way it actually made me cry on certain episodes.

This anime is one of my favourite one. It is has an original story like no other which makes it very interesting too see what will happen.

I would have to say that sir Flame Alchemist was quite awesome. I like how he thinks he controls everything, and pretends he doesn't... while really the homunculi are the ones who are truly in control.

Greed was a cool homunculus. Deep down, he was really good, and despite his greed, helped out alot of people including the chimeras.

I didn't cry, but there were definitely tears when Maes died... and then again at his funeral... :cry:

Gluttony kind o' annoyed me though... a bit... not too much, but more than just about any other character.

As for the manga... I would prefer not to get addicted to that stuph... money issues and the like... searching for a supplier n' whatnot. too much of a hassle. If I'm gonna read, it'll prolly be a novel instead.

I was introduced to this Anime series by a friend, and I fell in love. The plot is cool, and I think the entire concept is cool.

My favorite character would have to be Roy Mustang. He's just awesome. xD

My favorite Homunculi is probably Envy.

I really don't like that muscle-bound guy. xD I can't remember his name. He's weird, is all.

Riza Hawkeye is pretty neat too.

I prefer the manga over hte anime, although both were very high in quality.

I was really upset when Hughes died too, he was such a grandfather/favourite uncle figure, if you know what I mean ^^;;

My favourite character has to be Ed, I especially love his reaction to the word short. :D

Dammit Maes, why must you be so endearing?? But no, this has never made me cry. Though I wanted to when he died and when Ed and Al's mum died and her last words that really got me. Winry kind of annoyed me when she was younger, like how she treated Ed and Al when they were trying to comfort her when her parents died and the time when she ran out screaming when they were transmuting a present for her. Pairings? Hmm. I kind of want Rosa to be with someone. Dunno who though. And I love Lust and Gluttony.

And the movie, I thought, was awesome. I like TBC endings even though they piss me off a little too.. only because I wanna know what happens next.
