The basis of this User run event is to celebrate the extencive artistic influence of Menewsha. At this moment, the planning proccess for this event is still in the very begining parts of an VERY extencive proccess. so for now, our thread will be fairly simple. [:

June 28, 2009: Pre-planing stages started.

The thread director is in charge of telling me what prizes (VIA PM.) they want for their thread.

Important matters to be delt with

Firstly, I would like to address the matter of -prizes-. This is what's keeping our schedualing so slow, so please, please, PLEASE be patient so that I can collect the prizes I need for the main contests! I would like to keep the nature of the prizes I'll be getting a secret untill the actual event, which will not be held untill all the prizes are obtained. Please keep in mind your own personal prizes; if you need help with obtaining items for prizes, PLEASE let me know.

How often are you online?: Every day, every two to three days at worse
Have you ever held, or helped with an User run event?: Not on Mene but on other Game sites, yes. I have also been Staff on RP sites and held contests there
Are you an artist?: If writing is considered art, then I guess so. ^^; I also can manip, even if I am still learning ^^

Also, as I was asking in PM, would the prize money pool would be together for all colors or each Crew Member would buy their own prizes seperatedly?

I'm thinking about having two diffrent kinds of donations...
If we're to make a pool, then the prizes intended for main sticky thread'd contests (I.E the contests apointed to said thread, and thread organizer) would go there. If you want to add your own mini-contests, or games then you would be responcible for those prizes. Any prizes that the pool collects will go towards main priority event games, like the avatar contest and the art contest and whatever games we plan for the Event mule to participate in. As for personal prizes, if you recive a donation from anyone that you plan on using for a prize here, I have to know about it that way I can notify the proper menewsian staff that need to know about it.

Mhn, I was thinking about prizes of one of the Main Sticky thread, like the Story one, Avatar and the other. But who will buy prizes with the donated money? Can we ask the Mule/You to buy this, this and this for our Stisky's prize, lol?

Yes, if you obtain a Gold donation, from what I read in the guidelines thread, you can send it to me, (But really, it'll be the event mule. Thats where I'll buy the items.) and I will buy the prizes for what I'm going to call "Mainstreem contests". I'll have to document that like this.

Edit: Unless that money is donated to you with a specific wish about how it's to be spent. Then I cant do anything with it besides spend it on the donaters wished usage. They can always tell you to just use the pure for a pure prize. If that happens we have to use it for a pure prize.

So, how much I doante to the game pool, so much I get in prizes for my contest? Mhn. And I can donate items, too? And will the items that are prizes be sent out to me so that I can send them out or your mule will send them out? owo
