You could try wishing for it. I don't believe there are many in circulation but perhaps a kind menewshan would be willing to give you theirs. :)

You may only wish for one item. The only other thing I can suggest is to wish for a common and then sell it back after the end of the event but that sort of defeats the purpose of this sort of charity. ^^;
