So, i met this guy, he is friends with my brother. And well he is extremely cute. I am not in love or anything but getting to know him better would be a nice start. I just found out he recently got out of an relationship so he is single now.
Now I need to know how can I get a guy to see me? I sent him a friends request on facebook which he did accept. And I said hi to him there though he didn’t said anything back to me since he accepted me.
I first noticed him the Friday my brother and his friends had a bbq here at our house, those whole soccer team was here, and yes there was a lot of beer haha, and me and my mom where allowed to eat with them too without paying for it, which was nice of them. Later that night this guy came up to me to ask me if I had a phone charger for his phone. I think my brother send him to me since he has an iPhone so his charger wouldn’t work for this guy’s phone and mine will. So I got my portable battery so he could still walk around with his phone and stuff without having to lay it down somewhere. He was very interested in this portable battery of mine and asked me where I got it and stuff. So I told him this of course, happy he talked more to me than just asking for that charger. I know I know I am rambling on and on haha. When it started to rain a little I went inside to check my phone and some of them followed me in and started the embarrassing question. It was horrible. But he sat there too and laughed with asked things like they did. Though maybe he was laughing at me. I don’t know. But he found out a lot about me this way because of those friends with their drunkenness.
So later that night the boys put on the firepit thing that we have and wanted me to sit with them. They know I am shy so they always try to include me. Most of the times I just go back to my room but I didn’t this time. That guy sat next to me and then put his arm around me to make me move to the music. So it was only to make me move I guess. Though to me that didn’t matter of course. Later after that they all went a little crazy from the beer I guess since a bunch of them tried to make me dance but I am scared to dance in public, always have been. And even that guy I find very cute did, kept bumping me with his hips together with 2 other of the guys there, but I know they just tried to make me dance since I know they have girlfriends already so that wouldn’t be for ugly me haha. But I didn’t mind his hips bumping me and later even that other thing boys like to put against your body if they dance behind you. (blush blush of course) though what does this mean?
Ok another day (this was like 3 days later) it was carnival/fair kind of something here, that’s like 3 days of partying basically haha. And my friend took me with her because she wants me to get into the crowd, to get over my shyness. So when I went back home late at night, I saw my brothers friends on the same spot I see them every year at this time and only this time they finally knew it was my birthday. And they sang happy birthday for me. Though I tried to walk away fast and I didn’t see if he was there with them, but seeing a picture later on where he was there only earlier so maybe he was there too singing. The next night I went with my friend again and I saw him again, with the same group, I waved and some of the boys saw me and waved back. He did too only his wave was way more enthusiastic then just a wave of hi. He kind of jumped up with both hands and stuff. Little weird though. But I might be seeing things that are not there.
So now I need to know. How can I get him to see me for more than just me?

Well... don't take my word for it but he might think you're cute...
I think really the best way to find out is to ask his friend... because I know guys sometimes talk about a girl they're into.
As for the bumping, arm around you, etc... well... I'd say he definitely at least notices you...

Ok I might not be good on relationships but if you just want to hang with him, chat it up with him when you see him.
I had a guy friend in high school the only guy friend I had in grade school until college. Now we never went on dates but we hung out a lot. We met each other in 12th grade by sitting at the same table and getting manga out of our back packs lol. Our teacher was really late so we got bored and took our manga out. We found out we had an interest together and for that whole year we took all of our classes together and we even went to an anime convention!
Just start talking to him more don't care what your brother or his friends think. I didn't care what the rest of the school thought of me hanging out with the hottest guy in school. We had fun that's all that counts~!
Yes this is coming from a person that only had real life friends during school, one guy friend, and no no friends. >.> Yup I'm a shy shy person.

Interact with him.
There is no magic way to make someone want to spend time with you. You do your best to make yourself available to interact with them. Then they'll either enjoy your company or not.

But if you insist to play this through.. since he does seem to notice you, then id say simply try talking to him, and make yourself available. That usually works on most guys. And from what your saying, id take a wild guess and say that you probably don`t look bad either, so you won`t have any real problems in that department.
As from anything else involved, thats a bit different. To be totally honest with you, If I had to guess, id say his interest in your is more physical, then anything else. Or, at least that's how these things go in the type of situation your describing. I could be wrong, of course. But I do know that if I was him, I wouldn't go for you. From a guy`s prospective, going for someone`s hot young sister is always an interesting idea, very Hollywood, but the likelihood of something good coming outta it depends on WAY too many factors, and on the way that the social structure is build. Him, your bother, and anyone else that would get involved (which is whats going to happen, btw), would have to be on pretty good terms in order for something like this to work well. Or. At least that`s what I think. Ive seen stuff like that happen to people. Its usually rather messy.

HAHA I would say by the kids behavior he may have already noticed you and if the points Caleb made don't deterior you then I would say go with the interaction like Dystopia :) I am married and have pretty much been in a relationship of some kind since I was 14. I've never had a problem getting there attention because I would make myself available to them, but not in obvious ways. By "available" I mean like there to hang out with, like joining a club or team they are on, but sounds like he's at your house often enough, so now ask him questions, show your interested but in genuine ways like asking how his day was. Do this casually in person, facebook might be fine to flirt over later on but at first its a little detached, you might want to stalk his facebook a little bit though to see what you might have in common already, perhaps things to drop into conversation. I know you are saying a lot of things like you are shy, fat and ugly. Please don't think any of that. For one shy can be pretty cute as long as you don't let it overtake you. I haven't seen a picture of you but I know myself: I think those things from time to time, but I remind myself that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are tons of plus size models out there (and I also assume you are also like many girls and not as fat as you think you are XD) Beauty is all shapes and sizes and people like different things. I have a gap in my teeth I never got braces to fix ~ I hate it and really don't smile in most of my pictures but the other day on you tube I saw a video on how to "fake" one because it was "in" o.O soo you know your worst fault could be there favorite feature. It doesn't help to get a little dressed up if he's around or you think he might be around to, this really probably won't really matter to him ~ but if it helps you feel more confident and makes you smile more he will notice that.

If you aren't attractive... then it sounds like he enjoys your personality. Also keep in mind, what one may find unattractive, another might find very attractive.
Before trying to go too far, asking your brother's permission would probably be a good idea. I hear having a sibling dating a friend can be kind of awkward sometimes. Sure you might get teased for it...
I'd definitely agree with what Corla said. :)

As for this... just noticed it... but don't try to make him see you for more than just you. What you want, is for him to see you, because from what it sounds like that is what caught his attention.
