It's pretty simple, fill out your forms properly with the right links so Seito knows where to go if you're getting a prize, and do not edit your dice rolling post. That's about it.
It's not really strict at all.

I filled in the form, I thought clearly enough, but seeminly I still get it wrong...so as I said, seems simple, but not worth the hassle of figuring out exactly what you've done wrong.

The only reason the forms needed to be fixed was because the new items were added to the shops, so the pages the items were on changed. She just wants the links updated.

Everyone got a ping, and because there have been issues in the past that people have not gotten a ping, those were not online at the time, also got a PM.

My apologizes if my wording sounded harsh.

However it is your choice if you wish to stop. Please note that you will be receiving another ping at the end of the event to find out which EI you would like for participating.

I have a break tomorrow since it's election day. And like one next week (veteran's day) and the following week is Thanksgiving. But winter break doesn't after until mid december.
