TNG is probably my favorite but I definitely love TOS as well (and the TOS movies are, generally, better than the TNG movies)(although First COntact is my favorite Star Trek movie).

I like DS9 alright (Bashir! <3) and I actually like Voyager a lot more than I used to. But Enterprise never really did it for me and I always get bored when I try and watch it.

Although Kirk is pretty loyal to his crew; I mean, the dude stole the Enterprise from spacedock just to go rescue Spock in ST III.

Depicted as deeply moral, highly logical, and cerebral, Picard is a master of diplomacy and debate who resolves seemingly intractable issues between multiple parties. Though such resolutions are usually peaceful, Picard is also shown using his remarkable tactical skills in situations when it is required.

Also, I love TNG because I have the biggest fangirl crush on John de Lancie (the guy who played Q).

I mean, there is a reason Deja Q is my favorite Q episode (because he pops onto the bridge naked, lol).

My family named a cat Q once. It was going to be either that or Loki. But we settled on Q, because he popped out of nowhere, caused havok, smirked, and then popped out again.

Should have named him Loki though, that cat could go Berserker.

I have a cat named Tsume, which means claw in Japanese. But he's the gentlest cat I know, so it's not actually appropriate. He doesn't even complain if you accidentally step on his tail. He just looks a little miffed.
