Its been a long day of school and homework...or maybe you're chatting online DURING class (shame on you). You know a secret though, a place where you can come to study with your friends, unwind from too much hw, or perhaps tutor those who weren't gifted with as many brain cells.

Take a seat and drop that heavy book bag! Put your feet on the table or curl up on one of the many beanbag chairs. Just relax. Have some candy. I've set out a bowl of Smarties and Nerds on the table, so help yourself. (who knows, it may really make you smarter!) And don't worry, here there's no teachers glaring at you here so have a little fun while you work! This is by no means a quiet zone.

This is a thread for chatting about schoolwork and if it gets popular enough, I bet there will be someone else working on the same type of thing you are. Ask questions here or complain (but not excessivley. everyone needs to say how evil their hw. is but don't be a party pooper). Hopefully we can help each other with our study needs and have some fun and chatter too!

I'm Kat as you can well see. You can also call me Kitty or Kit-kat, I like pet names. I'm a third year college student. My major is in art and I'm minoring in creative writing. I just transferred to an art school out of state and I'm really looking forward to it! We'll see how bad it kills me...(I'm still alive right?)

I actually hate studying, but I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, so I need it. :sweat: I have many aspirations such as writing a book or two, making manga (I wish!), and illustrating! I'm also quite the chatterbox. really, I like it when you talk to me!
