Type: (Choose one of the following: Regular Human, Zodiac Member, or Non-Zodiac Sohma)
Zodiac: (If you are a member of the zodiac then say which one you are.)
History: (Tell your character's history. Was there parents overly protective or completely disown them? Were/are they close to any other family member? What are their relations to other characters? And so on and so forth.)
Appearance: (If your a zodiac member include both your regular and animal appearance. Must have a picture, please no written descriptions!)
Other: (Anything else such as likes and dislikes or other little notes that should be known.)
